In this case the DRC has ruled that the club who has breached the contract with the player not only has to pay outstanding remuneration and compensation for breach of contract, but furthermore that the club
> '.....shall be banned from registering any new players, either nationally or internationally, for the two next entire and consecutive registration periods following the notification of the present decision.'
