FIFA Players' Agents Regulations - Examination dates in September 2012

The examination material will consist of the following documents:

1. FIFA Statutes, as adopted at the Congress in Budapest on 25 May 2012;
2. Regulations Governing the Application of the FIFA Statutes, as adopted at the Congress in Budapest on 25 May 2012;
3. FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, edition 2010, including the Annexes 1 to 5;
4. Rules for the Status and Transfer of Futsal Players, Annex 6 of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players;
5. FIFA Players' Agents Regulations, edition 2008, including the Annexes 1,2 and 3;
6. Rules governing the procedures of the Players' Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber, edition 2008; (On the Fifa website there is also a 2010 version available for download, however that version is the same as the 2008 version)
7. FIFA Disciplinary Code, edition 2011, First Title: Chapter I, Section 1 to 6 and Chapter 11, Section 8;
8. Circulars and any annexes as folIows:

   • No. 1233: Amended Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players and reviewed Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players' Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber;
   • No. 1249: Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players - training compensation and the categorisation of clubs;
   • No. 1270: Amendments to the FIFA Disciplinary Code;
   • No. 1297: Release of players to association teams - Men's Olympic Football Tournament;
   • No. 1299: FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players - Categorisation of clubs and registration periods.

Keep in mind that you will also have to study the regulations of your national football association and the national law regarding job placement and employment agreements.
