FIFA, the CAS has reviewed the FIFA practice of closing disciplinary proceedings as consequence of insolvency proceedings involving football clubs. The case Urban v. FC Györi ETO kft contemplates the consequences of a breach of contract without just cause and the responsibility for agreeing to contractual terms in writing without understanding them. Finally, in Bursaspor v. UEFA and Besiktas JK v. UEFA, the CAS has examined the issue of disciplinary sanctions due to the violation of
