Type of player	Player needs to have played in a top European League i.e. France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands etc. Have excellent fitness and activity level. Leadership qualities.be able to speak English - if poor, will need to commit to lessons to improve from preferred coach. Be hungry for success and have a good club track record.
