TAS 1/2010
Introduction
IN 2010 TAS CAS started the publication of a bulletin. The bulletin contains interesting articles, comments and important case law.

Any player considering to terminate his contract unilateral is advised to read Jean-Phillipe Dubey's article 'The sanctions imposed on the players for breach or unilateral termination of contract' first.
