FIFA Suspends Malian Football Association (FEMAFOOT)

Today the FIFA has suspended the Mali football federation (FEMA) after Mali’s minister of Sports dissolved the executive committee of the FEMA. This suspension can have interesting effects for players and clubs. Since Kuwait’s suspension the Kuwaiti club’s sign and register foreign players without feeling limited by the RSTP and transfer windows. It wil not be surprising if Mali cubs will do the same.
