• Setting up and organization of the Capital Programme Group office – CPG (PSO Rollout, PSO IT, PSO Facility, SaQ and Technical Administration...);
• Implementation of program/project management methodologies;
• Produce projects scope to align business and organizational goals;
• Share CPG inputs for MTN Benin yearly business plan;
• Define equipment’s and material to be ordered to align with MTN Group Technology and Group Procurement goals;
• Assess and select local contractors in association with Procurement Team;
• Define launch timelines keeping in mind different dependencies, constraints and contingencies;
• Lead development of MTN Benin’s Capital Projects nominal and final plan;
• Liaise with stakeholders for the smooth success of projects;
• Hold weekly Technology and projects progress review meetings;
• Manage project /programs risks and blockage or bottle neck and propose contingency and mitigation plan to ensure smooth execution of planned activities;
• Elaborate and present monthly potential Capital Projects papers for Capex Steercom Board approval;

• Track projects Approved CAPEX Vs CAPEX Spend and produce a monthly report to MTN Benin Top Management;
• Produce and submit monthly Project CAPEX report to MTN Group Technology;
• Responsible to bridge gaps to ensure purchase orders – PO are timely issued, readiness and timely advance and settlement
payments of suppliers and contractors, timely and quality delivery of equipments, materials and services;
• Train / prepare team to manage projects and elaborate succession plan....
