He's good with passing range and ball retention. Very clinical with his attacks and defends and has got an eye for creating good chances and scoring goals.

“ Won top soccer during his time with soccer graduates Under-14. Got promoted to the Under-17 just after a year with the Under-14. He won the player of the tournament in the barracks league top 4 2 years ago and captained Foreigners FC to the top 4 title.
He also went on to win the barracks league on 2 occasions with Villas FC. Ralph played a number of games in the division 2 leagues, attracting huge interest from teams like Inter Allies FC and Ajax Fc in Legon, Accra.
