With 78 players Partizan Belgrade leads the list of biggest supplier of professional players according to CIES October 2015 report. Partizan is followed by Ajax Amsterdam (75) and Barcelona (62). However when the focus is limited to the big 5 leagues the order drastically changes. Barcelona then leads with 44 players followed by Lyon (35) and Real Madrid (34). Partizan nor Ajax is to be found in the top 20 suppliers of the teams in the big 5 leagues. With 9 clubs in the top 20 of suppliers of big 5 leagues France proves to be an excellent education country. With only two English listed in the top 20 of both rankings England clearly lags behind despite the biggest budgets in the world.
