CAS lifts FK Partizan UEFA ban

The UEFA and Partizan have reached a settlement agreement that is embodied in consent (CAS) award. FK Partizan was banned after violating the Fair Play Regulations. During the procedures Partizan submitted new evidence regarding amounts payable to the Serbian tax authority after which the UEFA agreed to lift the ban provided that all over overdue payables will be paid timely.
