Adjust coaching techniques based on the strengths and weakness of players
File scouting reports that detail players assessment provide recommendations on player recruitment and identify locations and individuals to be targeted for future recruitment efforts
Instruct individuals in sports rules, game strategies and performance principle
Analyze the strengths and weakness of opposing teams in order to develop game strategies.
Develop and arrange competitions schedules and progress
